A South Asian Gen-Z creator/photographer, Tanya, is making waves in the fashion and beauty world with her distinctive artistic vision, meticulously curated wardrobe, and elevated content. She has captivated an audience of over 1 million on TikTok and 280,000 on Instagram, providing inspiration and empowerment for South Asian women and bolstering representation in the industry.

A committed advocate for sustainability, Tanya offers insights into eco-conscious luxury shopping and styling, working with TheRealReal, Nuuly, and Leonardo DiCaprio’s global climate change initiative, Earth Alliance. Her luxury partnerships include brands like  Jean Paul Gaultier, Fendi, Prada, Alexander McQueen, Valentino, Balmain, Gucci Beauty, and many more. A few of her editorial features include Vogue India, Harper’s Bazaar, and Coveteur.

Juggling fashion weeks, content creation, and travel, Tanya is also double majoring in design and computer science at Cal Poly SLO, developing an upcycling app that ties into her advocacy for sustainable fashion and AI technology.

Jean Paul Gaultier

Tanya celebrated the launch of Gautier Divine on a trip to Todos Santos, Mexico with Jean Paul Gaultier. She had the honor in participating in a photoshoot and creating content for her channels and the brand. She worked closely with the Gaultier team, combining her personal collection of archival Gaultier looks with those from the brand, showcasing a unique blend of style and collaboration.

Adobe

Tanya demonstrated Adobe Firefly's capabilities in two TikToks, notably using its AI to insert herself into a virtual high-fashion editorial from her bedroom. Handling shooting, editing, styling, and directing, she showcased her editing skills and fashion passion, illustrating Firefly's impact on innovative content creation.

Alexander McQueen

Tanya was among the exclusive group of just five creators invited to the McQueen FW22 show in New York, marking McQueen's grand return to the city after ten years. On several occasions, Tanya has also had the privilege to create video and photographic content for various McQueen collections, showcasing her talent and collaboration with the esteemed brand.

TheRealReal

As a passionate collector of archival and vintage fashion, Tanya's wardrobe is 90% composed of secondhand designer pieces, sourced from esteemed platforms like TheRealReal, Vestiaire Collective, Grailed, eBay, and Depop. Her collaboration with TheRealReal includes creating promotional content for the "Emily in Paris" Season 2 premiere and participating in their popular "Keep It or Sell It" series, engaging followers through Instagram reels and stories to decide which items to retain or consign.

Burberry

Tanya teamed up with Burberry for their forecast campaign, showcasing the versatility of the new Burberry trench across diverse weather conditions. Taking a hands-on approach, she directed, filmed, styled, and edited the video herself, creatively highlighting the trench and other Burberry products against a backdrop of various landscapes.

Tanya's collaborations with Gucci cover a broad spectrum, from beauty campaigns and ready-to-wear collections to a pop-up event in LA. She crafted a video for their new lipstick range, photographed their Hollywood eyewear, produced imagery around their fragrances, and developed multimedia content at The Webster's Gucci pop-up.
